I collaborated with dear Ana, who is first and foremost a human being and secondly a professional, during the creation of my latest book. In the first place, I was delighted by her way of communication, as well as the fact that she regularly informed me about the news and her work progress. Given that during the graphic processing we had certain problems that are not part of Ana's work at all and that arose unexpectedly, Ana had a lot of patience and helped me solve those errors. During the entire work, she showed that the client is really her first priority and that she will do everything to see the light of day in the best possible way. All recommendations from the heart for Ana and her graphic processing and if I ever need graphic processing again, I know that I will return to Ana. I'm sorry that there isn't a higher rating than five for her work and approach to the client, but that's why I can at least say in writing in my review that even a ten is too little for how wonderful and professional this woman is.
